How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Pack the Items: Once you’ve received authorization from our team, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging if possible. Ensure that the product is in unused and resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Processing: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we can assist you with that. Please contact our customer service team, and we will help you arrange an exchange. If the exchanged product is of a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
